In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and gently untangle them with care and honesty. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy—a method that helps you reconnect with yourself and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and calm. I offer in-person sessions and virtual therapy anywhere in Pennsylvania for adults ages 18 and older.
