Maybe you’re going through a big change, feeling stuck in old patterns, or questioning your relationships and sense of self. You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or just tired of carrying it all alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, tune into what’s really going on, and begin to make sense of your emotions and experiences.

In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and gently untangle them with care and honesty. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy—a method that helps you reconnect with yourself and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and calm. I offer in-person individual therapy in Bethlehem, PA and virtual therapy anywhere in Pennsylvania for adults ages 18 and older.

Some issues we can address together are:

  • Navigating new romantic relationships or breakups

  • Spiritual or faith-related issues

  • Conflict with family or friends

  • Chronic illness

  • Work challenges or stress

  • Anxiety or depression

FAQs

Q: How do I know if individual therapy is right for me?

A: Individual therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from yourself, or repeating patterns you don’t fully understand. Many people come to therapy not because something is “wrong,” but because they want more clarity, to feel happy again, or relief from stress. You don’t need to be in crisis to get help in therapy.

Q: What issues do you help with in individual therapy?

A: I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, life transitions, and patterns that keep showing up despite your best efforts to change them. Therapy can also help if you struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from your emotions.

Q: I’ve never done therapy before. What should I expect?
A: It’s completely normal to be unsure as to what therapy will actually look like and feel like. Many of my clients had never been to therapy before working with me. You can expect us to move slowly, at the pace you are comfortable. We will begin exploring what brought you into therapy, and what your hopes are in working together. From there, we will unpack the things impacting your situation, and what of your past may be relevant to the situation as well. The goal throughout all of this is that you feel safe, comfortable, and heard.
