This is a great question, and one that may feel important for you to know prior to us working together. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is “a unique and highly effective form of therapy that helps people understand and improve their emotional connection with themselves and others.” EFT is unique in that it focuses on emotions and how we manage and use them. It helps people understand their feelings and the feelings of those around them, which improves connection with the self and with others. EFT is considered the gold-standard in the field of individual and couple therapy as its effectiveness is backed by extensive clinical research.

I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not accept insurance as payment for sessions. However, I can provide receipts (also called superbills) for reimbursement for therapy. Ask me about this if you want to hear more! My rates are $150 for an individual session, and $200 for a couples session.

Therapy is an investment - emotionally, time-wise, and financially. I want to make it doable for you! There are some slots I reserve for a reduced rate. Reach out and we can speak about this further.

Nope! I offer virtual sessions for you anywhere (as long as you’re located in Pennsylvania). So feel free to chill on your couch with a blanket as you log onto our call!

The goal of a consultation call is to get a feel for each other, and see if we would be a good fit to work together. However, if we decide to go ahead and schedule a session, and you realize that it isn’t a good fit for you, no problem! We can talk about that, and I can get you connected with other options for therapists so you can get the help you need.
